Get urgent clinical advice if the rash spreads, keeps returning, comes with fever or feeling unwell, or has swelling under the skin; spreading symptoms or deeper swelling needs same-day care. Lip, mouth, tongue or throat swelling, trouble breathing or swallowing, blue, grey or pale colour, severe dizziness, confusion or fainting needs emergency care now.
